Client Dataset Protection: Any video, audio, imagery, or documentation shared with Dacamp IT Services for pilot evaluations or active projects remains 100% proprietary to the client.

Air-Gapped Processing: Annotations are conducted on secure, access-controlled workstations bound by strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
4. Data Retention & Deletion

Sample files and trial dataset links provided during the pilot request phase are permanently deleted from our local storage within 30 days unless an active project contract is established.
